Returns & Replacements
We want to make sure you are satisfied when shopping at abodent.com.
We follow the UK Distant Seller Regulations and apply these regulations to all domestic and international orders.
You have a 14 day ( from the day of delivery ) cooling off period to return any items, for any reason, for a refund or exchange.
This also applies to gifts that you may have sent to a secondary delivery address.
We ask that the cost of the return postage is paid by the sender for unwanted items. We will cover the return postage cost for damaged or faulty items.
We ask that all returns are sent via a recorded delivery service or that you obtain a certificate of posting which are available at the Royal Mail Post Offices free of charge. You will be responsible for the items until we receive them.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded for unwanted items but will be refunded for damaged or faulty items.
The Returns Process
To make a return for a refund of exchange we follow the below procedure.
We can only accept items for refund or exchange if we have been given prior notification as outlined below.
Please inform us that you want to process a return or exchange by contacting us via the '' page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is not necessary to call us to arrange a return.
Please indicate the order number and whether you would like to have a refund or exchange all items or individual items within the order.
We will then respond with a returns address and further details on how to complete the refund/exchange process.
All returned items must be sent within 7 days of abodent.com confirming the refund or exchange request.
Once we have received the returned items and they have been deemed to be in perfect condition, unused, undamaged and still boxed if they were boxed on arrival, we will issue the refund within 30 days of when the returned notification was submitted. Refunds can only be made to the payment option used to pay for the order.
For unwanted items, the original postage cost will not be refunded.
In situations where the exchange items are of a higher value, we will invoice you accordingly. In cases where the exchange items are of a lower value, we will credit you accordingly.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the case of goods being damaged on arrival, we will provide a refund or replacement items accordingly. We may ask that you return the items at our expense or provide evidence of the damage.
If an order arrives and is clearly damaged we ask that you do not provide a signature where applicable.
To place an order with abodent.com simply add the products and the desired quantity to your shopping basket and visit the 'Checkout Page'.
You can checkout as a guest, in which case an account will not be created, or you can register when you checkout and create a password protected account which you can use for any future orders with us.
We will collect your shipping and billing details and present you with the shipping and payment options available for your order.
Once you make your selections you will be asked to provide your payment details by the selected payment option.
Once payment has been made you will be sent an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a dispatched order email.
Payment is taken in full at the point of order creation.
We currently offer two payment options.

You are able to view your orders at any time if you created an account when checking out or used an existing account to place an order. To view your orders you need to log into your account and access the 'My Account' page. From here you can view a list of all your orders with us.
Updating Account Information
You are able to update your account details at any time. To do so, you need to log into your account and access the 'My Account' page. From here you can edit your billing and shipping address and other contact information.
